Machine Modification made to our unique Sanjo Wet & Dry Peel Press.

We have made a significant modification of to our Sanjo by adding split web technology to our existing equipment. This enables us to have 16 colours available to print on our 3 and 5 page Wet and Dry Peel Labels.

Our Commercial Director, added, “This is an exciting development giving us an advantage in the market, basically it means we can produce a Wet peel label, give it four colours on the face plus varnish and a four colour centre label and this STILL leaves lots of colours for remaining pages. This all happens in one pass through the press giving it a significant price advantage.”
